An independent lab with very high standards
AVM started in 2021 with one stubborn idea: premium makeup shouldn’t require a premium conglomerate. The first batch of lipstick was mixed after hours in a borrowed cosmetics lab; it sold out in a weekend.
Five years on, we’re still deliberately small. Formulas are developed in-house, batches are numbered and filled by hand, and nothing launches until we’d gift it to our own mothers. Small-batch isn’t a limitation - it’s the quality control.
How a product earns its place

Formulated
Every product starts in our own lab - dozens of iterations, tested on humans who say what they think, never on animals.

Batched
We blend a few hundred units at a time. Each batch is numbered, dated and quality-checked by hand before a single one ships.

Delivered
Packed in recycled, plastic-free boxes with two free samples and a shade card. Opening it should feel like a small event.
